I have never been to a budget chain or department store hair salon in the 45yrs I've been going. Yet I was most pleasantly surprised and delighted. Kirsten understood exactly what I wanted/needed and did an excellent job, the price was very reasonable, especially with the senior discount. She usually works out of the Strongsville location and will go there for my future haircuts.

Got on line and got my place in line, said zero wait. Arrived in about 15 minutes and had no wait. Victoria is a fantastic hair dresser, she does my hair and my wife. She is also easy to work with. Very happy with both our hair cuts.

I used “Online Check In”. I was able to go right in, be seated and tell the stylist Kate what I was interested in. Kate was both personable and professional. She took a look at the photo I brought in & was able to give me the exact cut I desired. She provided articulate conversation while giving me a fabulous cut and I will DEFINITELY be a future client of KATE’S again! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
